Q Industries MV50 SuperFlow Hi-Volume Air Compressor Review

I bought this compressor with the intent of airing my tires back up after a day of 4-wheeling. For this purpose, it works amazingly. It comes with an awesome carrying case, and everything else you would expect with a portable air compressor...it will air up my tires quickly--the specs state about 4 minutes to air up a 35" tire.

When running, the compressor is pretty quiet and doesn't vibrate and bounce around. The built-in gauge is quite accurate once the unit is turned off.

In short...buy this air compressor if you have ANY use for it at all. It will easily beat compressors which cost over 3 times what this unit does.

Longacre Digital Tire Air Pressure Gauge Review

I had a similar tire gauge as a gift from Brookstone that I loved.This air gauge has done a great job in replacing that unit.The Brookstone hose was more pliable but the Longacer is longer.Also, the feature that sets the Longacre apart from other gauges is "real-time" pressure refresh a second or two after bleeding the air - other units require a reset or reseat to achieve pressure update.Calibrated in .5 increments, a must if you rely on proper air pressure for your application.

Compared many brands and this was best overall due to number of memory locations (24).With multi-vehicles I can monitor all tires in one unit without having to purchase multi receivers, just transfer this one receiver to other vehicles as needed and ZINGO all done.The receiver has a large viewing screen making it easy to read; it is also self-checking.Mdl 30100VA has 4 sending units whereas Mdl 38100VA has 6 sending units.Additional sending units come 4 units per set and their internal batteries last 3-5 yrs before replacement depending on how often the pressure is monitored/checked externally; at about $20 a unit spread over 3-5 yrs that isn't bad. AccuGage Tire Pressure Dial Gauge (160psi, Presta Valve) Review

My presta gauge arrived defective - it did not hold the pressure reading (when it managed to actually take a reading). These were supposed to be really good gauges at one time and they should be given their expense; I think they are now made in China. I would have to rate this product 'avoid' and I am returning the one I received.
