I always hated having to find a gas station to put air in my tires. Also, in the winter this was an unpleaseant task. Now with this compressor I can fill up the tires in my garage in relative comfort. It fills up the tires quickly and is very easy to use. The noise other reviewers refer to doesn't bother me. My only criticism is that you HAVE to have a fairly long extension cord if you want to plug it into your garage outlet and inflate all four tires in one go. I still give it five stars though.
