TOURMASTER/CORTECH VENTURE MOTORCYCLE PANTS WOMENS BLACK SIZE:MED Review

I just returned home from a 8 day - 2,400 mile motorcycle trip.I purchased these pants just for the trip.We left from Florida in 93 degree weather, went through hours of rain one day and had a morning that got as cold as 48 degrees and gust of wind that reached 45 mph one afternoon.They went through all those different weather patterns beautifully.They are extremely comfortable and gave me a great sense of reassurance that if God forbid we had had an accident I was well protected with the armor in the knees and hip area. I would recommend these pants to any women who likes to ride.I also highly recommend the 560 mile ride up in the Blue Ridge Mt.(Skyline Drive) into the National Park that ends at Front Royal in Virginia.
I am 5 foot 3 inches tall and 120 pounds and the womens SX 6-8 fit me perfectly.I took the lining out in the beginning of our trip and opened up the side zippers part way for that 93 degree day - never had to open the zippers again and never had to put the lining back in.One morning when it was a down pour for a few hours I was able to put my rain gear right over the pants. The other times that we encountered rain I didn't bother with the rain pants and the tourmaster pants kept me absolutly dry.My only suggestion would bethat if you were going to ride for more than 2-3 hours without a break you may want to stretch out your legs on and off - the slight pressure from the armor in the knees can start to give you a sore spot - it goes away immediatly when you get off and walk or stretch.
